1.Provide necessary support to the departments & institutes to conduct Self-Assessment (SA).

2.Provide support for Review existing procedures(External Peer Review) for further improvement of higher education.

3.Prepare Quality Assurance (QA) documents and procedures for use within the university following specifications and guidelines provided in the IQAC operational manual.

4.Provide support for Developing Improvement Plan for each Departments.

4.Provide necessary support to implement Quality Assurance Process at program level.

5.Develop and improvement of Curriculum following latest Outcome Based Education(OBE) curriculum provided and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) Bangladesh.

6. For sustainable learning & Continual improvement provide Trainings & Workshops on Different topics among Students,Teachers,Officers & Staff.

7.Prepare the University to meet the challenge of external quality assurance assessment and accreditation requirements.
