The excellence of science and technology achieves ultimate success by reaching its utility to the doorstep of common people. And the role of business in ensuring this usefulness is undeniable. Therefore, to accelerate business education, the Faculty of Business Studies started its journey in 2015 at Jessore University of Science and Technology. At present, four departments- Accounting and Information Systems, Finance and Banking, Management, and Marketing are in operation under this faculty. BBA, MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees are awarded from the departments under this faculty. All the departments have an excellent team of faculty members who are skilled and brilliant in research and higher education. A total of more than 800 students are studying in BBA, MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. programs in the four departments under the faculty. Dr. Mohammad Kamal Hossain, Associate Professor, Department of Accounting and Information Systems, is currently serving as the dean of this faculty.
