Mr. Md Saifullah working as a lecturer at JUST since 2016. He has completed his Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University and Master of Science in the same field from University Putra Malaysia. Currently, he is doing a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science at the University of Newcastle, Australia. His research works are in the food engineering and technology emphasis areas. His current research focus is recovery and encapsulation and of bioactive compounds from agro-food industry waste, and finally apply them in functional food development and/or as a natural food preservative.
