I have awarded PhD in Animal Foods Processing from Division of Applied Life Science, Gyeongsang National University, South Korea. My research interests mainly focus on Food Processing and Preservation, Food Safety and Security, Clinical and Community Nutrition, and Public Health. Currently, I am working as Associate Professor, Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, Jashore University of Science and Technology, Jashore-7408, Bangladesh.
