Ms. Shahanaz Akter is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Finance & Banking, in the Faculty of Business Studies of Jashore University of Science & Technology, and Student Advisor of 1^st Batch of the Department. She previously worked for IDLC Investments Limited, Reliance Finance Limited, Bank Asia Limited for more than 7 years. She joined Jashore University of Science & Technology in 2018 with the aim to develop students with academic knowledge polished with professional intellect. She obtained her BBA degree from the University of Dhaka (Major in Finance) and MBA degree at the University of Dhaka (Major in Banking), Bangladesh. She completed a level of CFA level 1, CFA Institute, USA. Her research interest is mainly Behavioral Finance, Technical Analysis & Capital Market of Bangladesh. She is now on study leave for Masters in Business Administration and IT at Emporia State University, USA.
