Ashish Kumar Das is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agro Product Processing Technology, Jashore University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. In the past, Mr. Das served as Guest Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Dumki, Patuakhali from 2016 to 2017. He obtained his MS degree in Farm Power and Machinery, and BSc degree in Agricultural Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Bangladesh. He was awarded with National Science and Technology Fellowship by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh for his MS research. He also awarded with merit scholarship by Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Government of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh. His research areas include Agricultural Product Processing, Agricultural Mechanization, Food Safety etc.
