Dr. Md. Minhaj Uddin Monir is currently working as a Professor at the Department of Petroleum and Mining Engineering (PME) under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jashore University of Science and Technology, Jashore, Bangladesh since June 10, 2023. He joined as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the same department on December 19, 2010, February 08, 2014 and February 18, 2020, respectively. He has also been teaching experience as an Instructor (Technical) at the department of Mining and Mine Survey Technology, Bogura Polytechnic Institute under the Directorate of Bangladesh Technical Education from February 06, 2006 to December 18, 2010. He received his B.Sc (2001) and M.Sc (2002) degree in Geology and Mining from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He awarded PhD (2019) degree in Energy and Environment under the Faculty of Engineering Technology (FTEK) from University Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia.
