S. M. Misbauddin has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, JUST since 30 September, 2023. He served as a lecturer at the Department of Management, JUST from 07 August, 2021 to 29 September, 2023 . He obtained his MBA (Masters of Business Administration) in Small Enterprise Promotion from Leipzig University, Germany through the winning of DAAD scholarship. Previously, he received Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Khulna University, Bangladesh. Misbauddin is a presidential gold medalist and receiver of Dean's Award due to obtaining the highest CGPA in the BBA program, Khulna University. Prior joining to academia at JUST, Misbauddin had the industry experience by working with Southeast Bank Limited and Robi Axiata Limited. S. M. Misbauddin has research interests in the areas of global value chain, social entrepreneurship, Effectuation decision-making logic, internationalisation of business and SME development.
