Dr. Sharmila Jahan has completed her SSC from Gaibandha Government Girls High School and her HSC from Gaibandha Government Women's College. She has completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, Masters in Gerontology & Geriatric Welfare, and Master of Philosophy (Thesis) in Gerontology from the University of Dhaka. Currently, she is an assistant professor in the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Jashore University of Science and Technology. Before joining JUST, she served as a clinical physiotherapist at the Center for the Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed (CRP), Savar, Dhaka, and the Medical Center of the University of Dhaka.
