I have obtained my B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science (INFS), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and was awarded a Ph.D. in Oligodeoxynucleotide from Molecular Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Shinshu University, Japan. My research interests include Immunology, Molecular Biology, Community Nutrition, Public Health, and Food Safety. I am currently working as a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology (FAST) at Jashore University of Science and Technology.
