Saurav Chandra Talukder serves as an assistant professor at the department of AIS, Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Bangladesh. Before joining here, he was a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration at Varendra University, Bangladesh. He obtained his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Mr. Saurav has been awarded dean's honors for academic performance in BBA and MBA from University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He taught Principles of Accounting, Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Financial Management, Project Management, and Strategic Management at the undergraduate and master's levels of the university. His research interests include entrepreneurship and innovation, sustainability, organizational leadership development, and so on. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the Doctoral School of Economics and Regional Sciences at Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), Hungary.
