Ruhul Amin is presently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management in Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Bangladesh. He also served as a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration in Sonargaon University (SU) and European University of Bangladesh (EUB), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his MBA program in Human Resource Management and BBA program in Management from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj, Bangladesh. He was awarded with different scholarships for achieving excellent results in secondary and higher secondary school levels. He has achieved ‘Prime Minister’s Gold Medal Award’ and ‘Dean’s Award’ for securing first position at BBA program.

Ruhul Amin has published different research articles, conference papers, and research books in national and international arena. His publications have been appeared in Healthcare (SCIE, SSCI, IF: 3.160; Scopus, Q2), International Journal of e-Collaboration (Scopus, Q3, Cite score: 1.7, ESCI), International Journal of Virtual and Personal Learning Environments (Scopus, Q3, Cite score: 1.5), Management (ESCI, JCI: 0.13), Journal of Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance (Scopus, Q4, ABS, ABDC). Mr. Amin is interested in applying quantitative techniques, such as correlations, regression analyses, structural equation modeling (SEM), mediation and moderation analyses for investigating different areas of information technology management. His publications reflect the attitudes and behaviors of the users of telemedicine, digital currency, electronic banking products, ICT instruments like computer, smartphone, internet accessories, and social networking sites. Mr. Amin also examined dysfunctional effects of job stress and functional effects of occupational commitment on the citizenship behavior of the university teachers. To analyze the data he has used SPSS software. Currently, he is working on Facebook and Telemedicine usage patterns. In future, he wants to work on sustainable e-commerce and telemedicine ecosystem using AMOS, R programming, and Smart PLS 3.0 version software.
