     Assessment of water safety of municipality water supply and tube-wells at Jashore city in Bangladesh.
     Aerobic Microbial Community Analysis and Prevalence of Arsenic Transporter and Metabolic Genes in
     Arsenic Polluted Tube well Water.




    PROJECTS INVESTIGATING

    1.    Principle Investigator (PI) in the Research project entitled Evaluation of Antibiofilm capacity of Selected Medicinal Plant extracts against Antibiotic resistant Gram positive and Gram negative Bacteria Isolated from Poultry Industry’; funded by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Bangladesh in 2017-18 fiscal year (R & D Project).

    2.    Principle Investigator (PI) in the Research project entitled Evaluation of Pathogenic Microbial Contamination on Mobile Phone in Hospital and Diagnostic Center and their Antibiogram at Jashore, Khulna and Satkhira region in Bangladesh.’; funded by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Bangladesh in 2018-2019 fiscal year (R & D Project).

    3.    Co-PI in the research project entitled ‘Isolation and assessment of Nitrogen Fixing and Phosphate solublizing bacteria for the usage as biofertilizer’; funded by University Grant Commission (UGC) in 2017-2018 fiscal year.

    4.    Co-PI in the research project entitled ‘Characterization of Antibiotic Resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae Isolated from Common-cold Affected Children of Different Ages in Jashore, Bangladesh’ funded by University Grant Commission (UGC) in 2018-2019 fiscal year.

    5.    Co-PI in the research project entitled ‘Molecular characterization of Shiga Toxin producing Escherichia coli in Raw & Processed foods of  Bovine origin (meat and milk) in Bangladesh’ funded by University Grant Commission (UGC) in 2018-2019 fiscal year.
