Dr. Nazneen Nahar is an Associate Professor of the Department of Environmental Science and Technology at Jashore University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. She received her Ph.D. in Soil, Water, and Environment from the University of Dhaka. She had completed MS degree in Soil, Water, and Environment (Major in Environmental Science) and BSc degree in Soil, Water, and Environment from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Her research areas include Environmental Pollution, Surface Water Quality Monitoring and Sanitation, Disaster management and Climate change, Arsenic Contamination, and Mitigation.
