Md. Mustafizur Rahman is currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST). He joined this university in 2020 as a Lecturer. Before joining JUST, he also served as a faculty member at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET). He was also a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Information Technology & Sciences (UITS) from 14 May 2013 to 16 October 2014.

He received his M.Sc and B.Sc Engg. Degree from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). Md. Mustafizur Rahman is a Member of the IEEE (USA) and IEB (Bangladesh).
