    Biography

    Md. Akhtaruzzaman joined this university as a lecturer in the Department of Agro Product Processing Technology on August, 2021. He completed his graduation from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) from the department of Food Engineering and Technology. He has a brilliant achievement in both Bachelor and Masters level. His inquisitive mind lead to his rich research career. He has excellence in dryer design.His research interest is in drying, extraction, food chemistry,bioactive compounds from waste product, food processing and equipment design, food preservation etc.
