Md. Johir Rayhan, working as Lecturer, Department of Finance and Banking, Jashore University of Science and Technology. 

He completed his graduation in BBA, from Banking and Insurance Department, University of Dhaka. He secured the highest CGPA in BBA and achieved a Gold Medal at 53rd Convocation for his outstanding result. He also received his MBA from the same department, majoring in Banking. 

He was a residential student of University of Dhaka and was involved in various social and extra-curricular activities in his full residential and academic life, such as Leo Club of Dhaka University, Banking & Insurance Club, and Dhaka University Research Society.

Mr. Johir Rayhan has experience of attending several training courses: Financial Technology, Research Methodology; seminars and workshops; International Conference held at the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. In his professional career, he has one-year experience in a research job as 'Research Associate' at Unnayan Shamannay, a non-profit research organisation in Dhaka. He also worked as 'Management Trainee Officer' at CVC Finance Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Institution located in Dhaka, to gain industry-related experience. He has published a qualitative research article in the Journal of Finance and Banking and has research interests in areas like Financial Inclusion, FinTech & Innovation, Islamic Finance, and Sustainable Development.
