Md. Imran Sheikh, Ph.D. is currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Management, Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Jashore-7408, Bangladesh. Besides, he had completed his PhD in Career Planning and Performance of Academic Professionals at the Institute of Bangladesh Studies (IBS), University of Rajshahi.  Formerly, he served as a Lecturer in Management, Bangladesh Navy School & College, Mongla (Digraj, Bagerhat). Previously he was appointed as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO), (Iterpul, Madaripur) at Abul Khair Tobacco Company Limited (AKTCL) in Abul Khair Group, D.T. Road, Pahartoly, Chattogram.

He had completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rajshahi University. He has research interest on Management, Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Productivity, Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Management, Poverty Alleviation, Labor Turnover in Industry, Corporate Social Responsibility, Economics, Authenticity of Quran in Light of Modern Science and Economic Development of Bangladesh.
