Microbiological experiences: worked with the microbiological analysis of water as well as fish and other foods such as total coliform (both membrane and MPN methods), faecal coliform (both membrane and MPN methods), total bacterial count, isolation of Vibrio cholerae Salmonella spp, Shigella spp., Escherichia coli, Pseusdomonas spp, Staphylococccus aureus by biochemical, serological, antibiogram and molecular techniques.
Molecular Techniques:
PCR, Colony Blot Hybridization, assaying polyphosphate, biofilm formation, stress survival, phosphatase assay, electroporation, plasmid analysis, conjugation, RT-PCR, Suckling mouse, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Ion torrent capillary electrophoresis and S5 NGS sequesing.

Chemical analysis of water quality such as pH, total and free chlorine, Total dissolved solids (TDS), conductivity, Salinity, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Chlorophyll content, Free CO2, Bicarbonate, Carbonate, Nitrite-nitrogen, Soluble reactive phosphorus, Hardness, Alkalinity, turbidity, Iron content etc, Phosphate.
Statistical analysis experiences: SAS, SPSS and Graph Pad for statistical analysis. Prediction modeling by Weibull model.
