Fatema Sultana is currently serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Management under the faculty of Business Studies at Jashore University of Science and Technology. She is on study leave and pursuing her PhD at Jagannath University. She has completed her bachelor & master degree from Jagannath University with academic excellence ( obtaining highest CGPA in both) being honored with "Topper of the Batch" award. She has other scholastic distinctions as well ; she won 60% ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance) case competition and she also got board scholarship both at SSC & HSC levels.

Fatema Sultana has also served as an assistant provost in Sheikh Hasina Hall, JUST for one year. She is interested in researching on GHRM, Management, Human Resource Management ,specially into organizational behaviors towards employees, work behaviors of employees and balancing work and life, employees' work engagement, retaining human capital, environmental management etc.
