    Biography

    Farjana Yeasmin is a consistent and hard-working Food Engineer. She has been awarded Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University. She secured the second merit position in her undergraduate result. Afterward, she joined as a faculty member in the department of Food Science and Engineering under German University of Bangladesh in April, 2018. Now she has been teaching as a faculty member in the department of Agro Product Processing Technology, Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) since September, 2018. She is conducting her research work on Food processing, drying, preservation and packaging technology.


    Fellowship and merit awards:

    Ø National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in 2015-2016.

    Ø Second merit position in Bachelor of Science (Food Engg.) result among twenty-two students, Bangladesh Agricultural University.

    Ø Professor S.M. Nazmal Haque Memorial Trust Lumpsum Annual Grant for securing the highest marks among all the successful students of the faulty of Agricultural and Engineering Technology in Bangladesh Agricultural University in 2013.
