Anika Anjum has completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering from Khulna University of Science & Technology (KUET) in 2019. After graduation, she worked as an intern in the department of Public Health and Informatics, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) for four months. From March 2021 to February 2022, she was appointed as Research Assistant in the department of Biomedical Engineering, BUET. During this time, she gained hands on experience in biomaterials field. Later. she was awarded NST fellowship from Ministry of Science and Technology and Research Fellowship from BUET. She is currently perusing her M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from BUET. She joined department of Biomedical Engineering, JUST as a lecturer in April 2022.

Her areas of research interest include biomaterials, polymer, drug delivery, wound healing, neural engineering, and signal processing.
