Mr. Chanchal Molla is an accomplished academic and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Studies, at Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Bangladesh. With a strong academic foundation, he completed both his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations with a perfect CGPA of 5.00, showcasing his early commitment to academic excellence.

Mr. Molla pursued his higher education at the prestigious University of Dhaka, where he obtained both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. In recognition of his outstanding academic achievements, he was honored with the Dean’s Honor Award.

Prior to joining JUST, he served as a civil service officer, bringing valuable practical experience to his academic career. He also worked as a faculty member at the School of Business (SoB), Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, where he contributed to teaching, research, and curriculum development.

Mr. Molla is deeply committed to professional development and regularly participates in various training programs at home and abroad. His teaching and research interests span a wide range of contemporary and emerging fields, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), management information systems (MIS), data science, machine learning, business analytics, business intelligence, e-business, and data visualization.

Through his multidisciplinary expertise and practical insights, Mr. Molla aims to contribute meaningfully to academic discourse, technological advancement, and the digital transformation of business education and practice in Bangladesh and beyond.
