Anjan Kumar Roy is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Nursing and Health Science at Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) in Jashore, Bangladesh.
Mr. Roy holds a B.Sc (Hons.) from the University of Dhaka and an MPH (Master of Public Health) in Epidemiology. He worked as a clinical nurse at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), 250 Bedded General Hospital, Meherpur and National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, Dhaka for several years.
His research interests include various aspects of nursing and public health issues, with publications on topics such as workplace bullying and burnout among nurses, insomnia and mucormycosis fear, and the impact of COVID-19 .
He is actively involved in research, as evidenced by his publications and affiliations with research efforts in Bangladesh. His work often focuses on healthcare workers in Bangladesh, investigating issues like job satisfaction, public perception about nursing, turnover intention, and mental health.
