Evaluation of green chili stored at the chilling condition: Effects of thermal and non-thermal pretreatments

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of thermal (hot water) and non-thermal (ultrasound) pretreatments on the physical and nutritional characteristics, as well as the marketability, of green chili peppers maintained under chilling settings (10±2°C).
