Proximate composition and antioxidant analysis of four edible Aquatic weeds of Bangladesh

Four commonly found edible aquatic weeds of Bangladesh collected from Gopalgonj, Munshiganj, Jashore, Cox’s bazar, such as, red water lily (Nymphaea nouchali), white water lily (Nympheae alba), Malancha (Alternanthera philoxeroides), and seaweed (Gracilaria tenuistipitata), respectively was used to determine the proximate composition and antioxidant activity.
