The purpose of this project is to explore the perception of female students about women empowerment. Delivering multiple roles flawlessly and effortlessly in every single day, women are undoubtedly the backbone of any society. Bangladesh is a developing country where half of the total population is women so they have every right to be treated equally with men in every sphere of life and society. But in Bangladesh, men and women do not participate equally in social development health services, economic opportunity and political participation. They face barriers and disadvantages in nearly every aspect of their lives and many indoor and outdoor activities of women are not treated as work. But they are equally competent and talented even women are ahead of men in many socio-economic activities. To stay parallel and enjoy the rights of equal participant, to ensure attaining middle income country status and to achieve inclusive and sustainable development goals, the women of our country needs to aware of women empowerment. As the students of Jashore University of Science and Technology are future leaders of our country, so it is important to know the female students perception about women empowerment.
