Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics profiling of newly formulated nanoparticle based oral insulin delivery system by using in vitro and in vivo models

The aim of the present project is to evaluate pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics efficacy of newly formulated insulin (30% dissolved insulin and 70% protamine zinc insulin) loaded nanoparticles for pH responsive mid-jejunum specific delivey using in vitro and in vivo models as part of our preclinical trial.
