Audit Cell is an significant part of Jashore University of Science and Technology. Honorable Vice-Chancellor is the Director of Audit Cell. Mr.Md. Shoriful Islam is the Assistant Director(AC) of this Cell. We are dedicated to save the goodwill of our renowned Jashore University of Science and Technology.

Overview of Audit Activities:

The Office of Audit Cell performs a variety of work, including:

* Supervises over all activities of Internal Audit Section

* Keep liaison with the U.G,C. Ministry and D.G. Local Audit

* Prepares the Explanation of B.S.R. of Audit objections

* Takes all necessary step to settle Audit objections

* Checks arrear salary bills and fixation sheets

* All bills and vouchers issued by the Director (Accounts) are audited

* Pension, unemployment accounts, mandatory retirement accounts are audited

* All other institutions including laboratories, internal schools and colleges are audited

* Bilateral and trilateral meetings are organized to resolve internal and external audit objections

* Preparation of PA Committee documents and attendance

* Overall we follow all the instruction of Honorable Vice Chancellor

অডিট সেলের চলমান কার্যক্রমঃ

* সমস্ত বিভাগের অভ্যন্তরীণ নিরীক্ষা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হয়

* U.G.C,মন্ত্রণালয় ও স্থানীয় ডি.জি. অফিসের সাথে নিরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা হয়

* অডিট আপত্তির B.S.R এর জবাব প্রস্তুত করা হয়

* অডিট আপত্তি নিষ্পত্তির লক্ষ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় সকল পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হয়

* বকেয়া বেতন বিল এবং ফিক্সেশন শীট নিরীক্ষা করা হয় হয়

* পরিচালক (হিসাব) কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল বিল ও ভাউচার নিরীক্ষা করা হয়

* পেনশন, অব্যাহতি হিসাব, বাধ্যতামূলক অবসরের হিসাব নিরীক্ষা করা হয়

* গবেষণাগার , অভ্যন্তরীণ স্কুল ও কলেজ সহ অন্যান্য সকল প্রতিষ্ঠান নিরীক্ষা করা হয়

* অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং বহিঃস্থ অডিট আপত্তি নিষ্পত্তির লক্ষ্যে দ্বিপক্ষীয় এবং ত্রিপক্ষীয় বৈঠকের আয়োজন করা

*পাবলিক অ্যাকাউন্টস (পিএ) কমিটির নথি প্রস্তুত করা ও সভায় উপস্থিত হওয়া

* সর্বপরি উপাচার্য মহোদয় নির্দেশিত সকল দায়িত্ব যথাযত ভাবে পালন করা হয়
