Shaheed Mashiur Hall of Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) celebrated the 74th birthday of the honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in a befitting manner maintaining COVID-19 health codes. On this occasion, the members of the Provost Body of the hall under the leadership of the provost Dr. Md. Nazmul Hasan planted an Indian gooseberry plant (locally known as আমলকী) followed by 'dua' to mark the holy occasion of the birthday of the prime minister of the government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the programme was arranged on a limited scale in keeping with the central programmes of the University. Assistant provosts Dr. Suzan Chowdhury, Md. Munibur Rahman, Tarun Sen, Md. Habibur Rahman, and the office staff of the hall were present at the occasion.
